As a business you can benefit from our exclusive corporate rates for our Serviced Accomodation. If you have regular demand for corporate accommodation in our areas we can offer you the most competitive prices for apartments in London and urban UK cities as well in the surrounding areas.
Contracted Apartments
If you have staff travelling to a particular location on a regular basis you can book our apartments in advance. Your staff are welcome to stay with us for 3 months or more at a highly discounted nightly rate. Should you require a regular stay we can then guarantee availability in one of our apartments, being more cost-effective and saving the need to pay premium rates for back to back short stays elsewhere.
Our Urban Luxury Stay Apartments make booking accommodation easy as they are all fully furnished and equipped with all the essential items you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Fully stocked with homeware, linen, electrical appliances, kitchen and bathroom necessities, all you need are your personal goods. All utility costs and usage charges are included in the nightly rate.

- We have a conversation to discuss whether your property would be suitable to work for this model, and if so, we arrange a viewing.
- We offer a guaranteed fixed rent for a minimum of 3 years and arrange all legal paperwork
- We take care of all repairs and maintenance the entire term, with NO monthly costs to you
- Your property is decorated and kept in excellent condition throughout with weekly professional cleans.
- Your property is retuned at the end of the term in the same condition or better than when you originally handed it over, guaranteed.

FAQ’s
After a discussion and a viewing, if your property meets the requirements, we are ready to go.
For day to day repairs, maintenance and any damages, we cover the cost in full (except structural or large systems)
No. We always start with a discussion to explore whether the property is suitable. We use a Corporate Lease Agreement which a legal contract stating the property can be used for serviced accommodation.
